Great opportunities: “Being involved in various activities, from class work to varsity men’s soccer, Student Association to Outcry helped me grow intellectually, occupationally, and spiritually. I became solidified as the person I am in Jesus Christ and gained a better understanding of how I am to use the gifts he has blessed me with to advance his kingdom work.”
Learn from experience: “I had an internship the second semester of my senior year at Wolf & Company LLP in Oak Brook as a staff auditor. This was my first experience in a corporate work environment, so I learned a lot about the culture of a CPA firm and everything that makes a firm like that run smoothly.”
Professors as mentors: “The best mentor relationship I had at Trinity was with English Professor Bruce Leep. In addition to his love for literature, Professor Leep is very knowledgeable and experienced in the banking industry. One of my favorite things about Professor Leep is that his great teaching is not confined to the classroom. He continues to take every opportunity he can to answer questions I have about anything and is always eager to help me grow in every aspect of my life. I look forward to maintaining this relationship as I continue to gain experience in the business world.”
