Policy on Verification of Student Identity in Distance Education Courses

Trinity Christian College does not regularly offer distance or correspondence education courses. However, when a course is offered primarily or jointly through a distance media (e.g., synchronous or asynchronous web programming, live video feed to a remote location), students must present a photo identification card when taking proctored exams. A unique individual login and password system provides security for course work and exams taken through the College’s course management system. Tuition for the distance courses may include an additional fee for exam proctoring.
