Information on Visitors to Campus Archives

Access to the Trinity campus is restricted to students, faculty and staff. Visitors will not be permitted to enter administrative, academic or residential buildings without college approval.  Non-essential visitors will be discouraged.

Invited guests such as parents of current students, prospective students, and visiting athletic teams may be permitted on campus with pre-approval. Campus hosts/escorts must keep a record of the names of each guest, and the date of their visit.

All approved guests must be accompanied by an escort from the campus community. All will be required to comply with the federal, state, and local health requirements including face masks and social distancing.

Employees should refrain from having family or friends visit them in their offices or in other campus buildings if at all possible.  We realize that families play an important role in our lives and there may be times when a family member must be on campus.  In those cases, the family member must follow all campus hygiene and respiratory etiquette.

Additional information will be forthcoming from the COVID-19 Response Team as this policy is further developed in plans for the fall semester.

All vendors and third parties that may need to come to campus to deliver supplies or perform services will be required to receive approval from Trinity prior to entering any buildings. These vendors and suppliers will need to wear face masks at all times while on campus and practice social distancing.
