Transcripts
The official transcript is the College’s statement of a student’s academic record issued by the Office of the Registrar. It lists all courses completed and grades earned in chronological order by term. Transcripts also contain notations of distinctions, transfer coursework summary, academic status, administrative actions, and degrees received.
Trinity Christian College offers two methods of obtaining transcripts. Choose the option that best suits your needs.
- Electronic transcript delivery – $10.00
- Mailed transcript delivery – $15.00
Official transcript services are provided by Parchment, and are available to all students who have met their financial obligations to the College.
An official transcript is sent directly to the institution of your choice either through the mail or digitally through Parchment.
(Cost for official transcript delivery service listed above)
An unofficial transcript is sent directly to you. Current students may access their unofficial transcript online for free through their Student Portal.
Noncurrent students and those who would like their transcripts sent by mail or digitally directly to them must order their transcripts through Parchment.
