If you have a passion to improve people’s health and a love of designing and implementing messages, Trinity’s B.A. degree in Health Communication allows you to combine your interests.

With a degree in Health Communication, you can play a key role in public discourse on preventing disease and promoting health. Graduates with a Health Comm degree can find careers in hospital administration, human resources, public health, marketing, and pharmaceutical sales, among many other areas, as well as continuing their studies in graduate school.

In the tradition of Trinity’s interdisciplinary liberal arts, Health Comm majors take courses that span communication arts, nursing, physical education, and science. If you love to create art across different types of media, Trinity’s art studio program will prepare you to pursue a career in design or advertising, or for continuing studies in graduate school. As you pursue your degree in art studio, you can choose from several concentrations:

Trinity also offers a B.F.A. in art studio, with an increased emphasis on in-depth art and design coursework. With a B.A., you will also pursue a minor.
