Josh Lenarz, a 1998 alum, began his career at Trinity in 1998 as an admissions representative and men’s assistant soccer coach. Starting in 2005, Lenarz transitioned into a full-time role in Trinity athletics as the assistant athletics director and head women’s soccer coach. During his 23-year tenure as the head women’s soccer coach, Lenarz was named National Coach of the Year four times, and his team was crowned National Champions three times. In January 2025, he stepped into the role of Director of Gifts. Lenarz also currently serves as an admissions representative for the western U.S. territory.
Originally from southern California, he and his wife Kelly and children Peyton, Casey, Dylan, and Ryder reside in Palos Heights. Kelly is also employed at Trinity and serves as Dean of Education. Lenarz enjoys coaching his kids’ sports teams, traveling and spending time outdoors, and visiting National Parks. The Lenarz family are active members at Parkview Christian Church in Orland Park.
