ARE YOU ALSO INTERESTED IN STUDENT GOVERNMENT?

There are two different leadership roles within SGA. First is the SGA Executive Team, which consists of the President, Executive Vice President, Vice President of Administration, and Vice President of Communications. The SGA Executive Team is elected by the entire student body. Since these roles require more hours of commitment, they may not be fulfilled with other Student Life positions, especially if elected as President and Executive Vice president (VP of Administration and VP of Communications may apply for Thrive Student Mentors and Foundations 111 Student Mentors leadership positions).

The executive team elections run during the student leadership role interviews and results fall close to the date in which Student Life student leadership decisions are announced. Class representatives may be any full-time students who will be attending both semesters of the academic year (will not be studying abroad / away). Representatives are elected by their respective graduating class (not by credit standing). You may run in the elections for Class Representative even if you commit to another Student Life leadership role. This election will happen the week following results of the Student Leadership application.
