Residence Life Leadership Opportunities

Residence Life is looking for Resident Assistants (RAs) to serve in a highly relational, live-in context with students in Trinity’s residence halls.  Through community development and relationships with individual students, residence life staff actively promote holistic student flourishing and success.

Resident Assistants serve a particular floor in the residence halls and provide peer leadership as community developers, peer role models, and resources for those students.  Outside of their particular floors, RAs continue to work as leaders for the entire campus community by shaping the community life in a meaningful and God-honoring way.
